5) Eat More Frequently.
Proper nutrition is essential to building muscle mass, the training itself is only half of it. You are breaking down your muscle fibers while you are training, but you must give your body the right nutrients at the proper times, if you don’t then you will not succeed in gaining muscle mass. Ideally you should be eating somewhere between 5 and 7 meals each day, and these should be approximately 2 to 3 hours apart - this way you will be keeping your body in a muscle building state.
