If you want big muscles then you have to eat well and stick to a workout schedule. These quick tips will help you in your fast muscle building quest.

1. Workout Twice Daily
‘What?’ I hear you ask. Yes that’s right, working out twice daily can literally speed up your results. That does not mean that you work the same muscle twice per day. No way! Instead, you can work out your arms in the morning and legs in the afternoon. The next day you can focus on your back and stomach. And so on. This really speeds up the muscle building process.

2. Supplements
There are a plethora of supplements out there and most promise the world, but there are only a few that you should really take unless you want to achieve results that are out of the ordinary. Protein shakes and a creatine supplement is a good place to start if you have not tried supplements before.

3. Eat Small, Eat Often
It is not secret that bodybuilders have a massive appetite. That means you need a large healthy breakfast and then up to six small meals throughout the day – some people even have more than that.

Special note: Vegetarians
Is it possible to be a vegetarian and still gain big muscles? It certainly is! If you take a look at Youtube as well as various websites you will find many vegetarian bodybuilders – and they look no different than other bodybuilders. In fact they are probably healthier as they will not have the cholesterol and other risks associated with eating large amounts of meat and dairy products. If you are a vegetarian then you will get your protein from vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, beans and synthetic proteins as can be found in many delicious foods these days that you can find in your grocery stores frozen section. vegetarianism is not obstacle to fast muscle building.

These special fast muscle building tips will have you on the road to building big muscles fast. as long as you can stick to your routine and have discipline in both your workouts and your diet, you will achieve your ultimate goal.

Muscle building foods should have an aim: they contribute to the building of your muscles, restoring muscle tissue after a workout and providing you with the energy to complete intensive training sessions.

The food you eat can make or break your success as a bodybuilder. It doesn’t how many hours you spend in the gym or how hard you work, if your diet is wrong you are not going to reach your goals.

A diet of junk foods and fatty foods will leave you feeling tired and lethargic, won’t contribute to muscle gain and will greatly hamper your performance in the gym. You will simply find it difficult to lift weights that you should easily be able to lift. In addition to that, your mental clarity will be harmed and you will feel lethargic all over.

Avoid letting diet spoil your hard gym work by eating the right foods.

What are the right muscle building foods?
Opinions vary about what the ‘perfect’ bodybuilding diet is and everybody will have different needs. Your rewired calorie intake will vary drastically from other people so always experiment to find what works for you.

One thing that everyone agrees on is that eating many types of vegetables every single day will benefit you considerably. Dark green vegetables are highly nutritious and contain so many vitamins that are required for gaining muscle.

In addition to veggies, include fruit, nuts, seeds, beans and other sources of non-meat protein in your diet – if you do eat meat, limit it to 3 times per week to avoid any related problems that can occur from excessive meat intake.

You are probably well aware that protein is touted as the holy grail for bodybuilders, and rightly so. But you can’t live well on protein only. Certainly a diet heavy in red meat and fish on a daily basis will cause more harm than good. You must balance your diet to include all types of good foods.

No Nonsense Bodybuilding takes you by the hand to show you how to eat properly for muscle building. You will find out which exact foods contribute to rock hard muscles and what foods you have to avoid at all costs if you are at all serious about making the most of your workouts and reaching your goals faster.

A good body building diet will mean the difference between achieving your goals and failing. You can train as hard as anyone, but if your diet is all wrong then you will not see the results that you desire. You might even start going backwards. Unless you are eating the right foods your muscles will not grow as you want them to.

A high quality body building diet will always advise that you eat regular small meals throughout the day. This is for a few reasons.

1. So you never feel hungry and eat large amounts at once
2. So your body never has to process large portions of food, resulting in tiredness and energy wastage.
3. So you are always making use of the energy being put into your body, rather than having excess energy that turns to fat.
4. So you are not overloaded with food at night before sleeping; the ultimate time to put on fat. This is when your muscles should be recovering, not when your body should be converting food to energy. You will also get a better night’s sleep following this pattern.

All meals should have some protein, complex carbohydrates and good fats. You will also want to cycle your calorie intake so that your metabolism does not become accustomed to one caloric level. A good ratio to stick to is:

40% protein
40% carbohydrates
20% good fats

Of course, it does not have to be spot on but that is the basic guide.

There are so many great foods for a body building diet; you will never feel hungry or that you are missing out on anything. And because you feel so healthy, you are unlikely to crave junk food. After all, you would not want all that gym work to go down the drain just by eating fatty, high sugar foods everyday.

It is easy to eat well as a body builder as long as you have a good guide and plan to follow.

An excellent guide that goes into detail about diet and training is Turbulence Training – visit the website here. It is an all in one system that uses good food sense and quick, intense workout routines to achieve your bodybuilding goals.
